TRUFFLES

Dark Chocolate: Our 64% Belgium dark, mixed with real cream and butter.
Rolled by hand in 72% Belgium dark.

Milk Chocolate:  Our 40% Belgium milk, mixed with real cream and butter. Rolled in 40%.     

Crunchy Caramel : We take our own caramel and mix it in our 40%  Belgium milk. After, we roll it in chocolate, we coat it with crispy rice and chocolate, again!

Chai : We take exotic flavors of Chai tea; cinnimon, cardamon and green tea and  seep in in our cream, then blend in our Belgium chocolate, rolled in 40%.

Peanut Butter: Our Belgium white and milk chocolate is combined with creamy peanut butter. Smooth and very good!

Caramel Espresso: Ground espresso beans are seeped in our cream and mixed with our Belgium white. Rolled in white chocolate.

CANDIES

Pecan cluster : Our own cream caramel, pecan and covered in chocolate. Known by turtles or clusters...by any name they taste as sweet! 

Chocolate-covered Caramels(2) : Our own cream caramels hand-dipped in 40% milk or 72% dark. 

Chocolate-covered Marshmallow: We make our marshmallows scratch and then dip them in 40% milk or 72% dark. Flavors vary, all are delicious!

Pecan Roll: Nougat from scratch, caramel from scratch, Pecans...from a tree. If you have ever had a road side Pecan Roll, this will make your day!
