Made in small batches, using a our own recipe, we have developed a wholesome indulgence that is gluten-free and surprisingly fat-free. Almost all of our marshmallows contain natural and organic flavors. We use no High Fructose Corn Syrup!. We strive to give you the best tasting and delicious treat you can have.

Our unique recipe has just 6 ingredients: Sugar, water, corn syrup (no HFC), Kosher gelatin, flavorings and corn starch. No preservatives!

Relax and enjoy our marshmallows- right out of the bag, toasted or in a cup of hot chocolate ( or better yet, a cup of our Sipping Chocolate).

FLAVORS

VANILLA BEAN: Tried and true, made with all natural vanilla beans. The classic to roast by the fire! Fat-free and delicious.

CINNAMON: Wow! we use cinnamon oil and ground cinnamon for this one. As always, fat-free and so very good in our Sipping Chocolate!

CARAMEL: Between two pieces of chocolate, this tastes like heaven! Our caramel has natural and artificial flavors and of course, fat-free.

PEPPERMINT: Made with natural oils and extracts, this is the perfect compliment to our sipping chocolate, or just pop 'em into your mouth! A great treat that's fat-free.

TOASTED COCONUT: Made with real cocounut and natural coconut flavor!

STRAWBERRY: Who doesn't like strawberries? Natural and organic flavors, light and fluffy and the right amount of flavor. Eat these all day - they are fat-free.

RASPBERRY: Close to perfection. Everyone always colors the raspberry candy blue - so do we! All natural and organic flavors and of course, fat-free.

BANANA: My favorite! If you like bananas, this is pure delight! All natural. Toasted or right out of the bag, these are the bomb. Guilt-free 'cus they're fat-free!

PINEAPPLE: We really got this one to taste right! Puts you right on the beach. Natural and fluffy - just put on your flip-flops!

CHOCOLATE: Made with imported cocoa powder and natural flavorings. Lightly dusted with sweetened cocoa and very low in fat. Great with our S'mores!

"I didn't even think I liked marshmallows until I tried one from Beaverdale Confections. These marshmallows taste thoroughly sublime. They are low-fant and low-calorie so I can get my sweet fix without guilt. Try it dipped in chocolate and you won't believe it. I love going into the store because it is so delightful, and I also love sending the S'More kit as a gift because it is unique and everyone loves it. If you have any children in your life, take them in to the store to see the train. They will enjoy picking out a bag and filling it with "Penny" candy. (no longer a penny of course.)"

ABOUT OUR MARSHMALLOWS

After many trials and errors, we came up with a great recipe that tastes great, has very little or no fat, and most of them contain all nautral or organic flavors. We started making them for cook-outs and parties, then looked into the different flavors. Each batch is hand made, cut by hand and packaged by hand.

There are no preservatives, so the marshmallows don't last forever (as if you're not gong to eat them right away.) So the best way to preserve them for more than a week is to freeze them. They will last in the freezer for over 2 months! We are also very proud to say we use only Kosher certified gelatin in our Marshmallows!

For weddings and parties, we love to accomodate your special requests. We can custom make colors for chocolate fountains, fondue or whatever you dream up.
